It has been a trouble free experience and one I recommend. I was initially hesitant on buying a sofa and chair from the internet. But I need not have worried as I was able to get fabric samples with ease. I had some questions which were answered promptly on line and then with a telephone call. I am delighted with the two chairs I have just taken delivery of. They are extremely comfortable, stylish in design and well made. Despite my ordering online, I received quick and helpful responses to my queries and was phoned on one occasion. Delivery was very efficient, being contacted shortly before delivery. All packaging was taken away and I felt the price charged was the best I could find online and in local businesses on the south coast that stock Sherborne.
