This is the Ercol collection Loveseat which is made from solid ash and can be finished in many different wood shades. It has a multi spindled back and stands on outwardly splayed tapered legs with stretchers between the legs for extra strength. It is comfortable to sit in due to the shaped seat and curved inside back.
Originally designed in 1956 it's a design by Lucian Ercolani this is still made at the Ercol factory in Princes Risborough and is a British furniture design icon.
